Welcome to the Essentialist CEO Collective (the “Community”), owned and operated by A Better Jones LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By joining, accessing, or participating in the Community, you (“Member,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1.1 Membership in the Community is subscription-based and billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected at signup).
1.2 You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will prevent future billing but will not result in a refund for any prior payments. Access will continue until the end of the billing cycle already paid for.
1.3 The Company reserves the right to suspend or cancel your membership, without refund, if you violate these Terms, Community Guidelines, or engage in behavior deemed harmful, disruptive, or inappropriate.
2.1 All membership fees are charged in advance. Only the first payment is refundable within 48 hours of purchase. To request a refund, email [email protected] within 48 hours of sign up.
2.2 No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a subscription period.
2.3 From time to time, we may offer promotional or founding member rates. Such rates are locked in only while membership remains active and uninterrupted.
3.1 Members agree to follow the Community Guidelines at all times (see separate document).
3.2 Harassment, abusive language, or misuse of the platform is prohibited.
3.3 Violations of Community Guidelines may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
4.1 All content provided within the Community — including but not limited to videos, templates, documents, frameworks, and recordings — is the exclusive property of the Company and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed outside the Community without written permission.
